Roll Forming Machines LLC was contacted by a customer based in Houston Texas who manufactures metal roofing. They sent over the profile they desired, and once they had approved the details, we began the manufacturing. We had the machine completed in our factory in Florida and sent to Houston Texas within only 8 weeks.
When the machine was made and delivered, our team of roll forming engineers, each with many years of experience in setting up and running roll forming equipment, went to their factory to install and set up the machine.
The Pbr machines footprint was 35ft x 5ft . Cutting type was Pre shear, and for safety, it includes e-stop and safety covers.
