PBR Panels and PBR Machines

PBR or Pullin Bearing Ridge is a structural panel and an exposed fastener panel that can be used in both vertical and horizontal applications. It is predominant in a wide range of industries, being remarkably reliable for almost all construction. Predominantly used for roofing, they are attached to purlins (see here for an explanation of purlins) to form the roof of the structure. They also have the capability to connect horizontally, attaching to steel girts, providing it its versatile reputation. For any construction project, it's an easy pick, being universally considered superior to the far more inferior standard R panel, due to its strength and durability, longevity, energy efficiency, and all prior stated benefits.

What's Unique about it?

The standout characteristic of the PBR panel is its greater overlap section that creates more metal-to-metal surface contact between two panels; it's not only more robust but also more weather tight. These types of panels are typically used in roofing to ensure the roof remains strong and stands up well against severe weather. The purlin beating leg seals our draughts and moisture and can be installed on solid substrates and open framing, i.e., metal purlins of wood support beams.

What can they be used for:

PBR panels are incredibly versatile and are ideal for the following applications, and more:

  • Roof applications
  • Residential buildings
  • Agricultural applications
  • Architectural Projects
  • Industrial applications
  • Commercial applications

PBR panels are particularly popular in areas where wind-driven rainstorms are more commonplace. If leaks penetrate the roof or wall panels, this can be time-consuming and expensive to rectify. PBR paneling can be installed both horizontally and vertically, providing excellent functionality while meeting all standard building requirements.

PBR panels are on an almost exponential growth of popularity currently, and this ensures the PBR panels, and by that matter, PBR Machines are an incredibly lucrative prospect. It is in this regard that all well-minded construction prospectors should actively pursue getting a PBR Roll Forming Machine, to allow them to capitalize on this. Our wide array of Machines can be used to produce PBR panels in various thicknesses and dimensions for various appliances according to your exact requirements, and feature varying state-of-the-art features depending on the machine.
